Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents to look into legal notice dated 01.10.2018(Annexure P-3) and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
