This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and to protect his life and liberty.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurdial Singh, who is present in court, at the outset submits that petitioner shall not be harassed in any manner. Action, if any, shall be taken only as per law.
