An application filed by the maternal grand parents for grant of custody of their grand child, who is barely 11⁄2 years old, has been dismissed. The child is in the custody of her father after the death of her mother. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioners, after arguing for some time, prays for permission to take up all the points before the trial Court. However, he submits that the trial Court be directed to conclude the proceedings of the case in a time bound manner. 3.
