The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for directing the respondents to re-fix the pay of the petitioner by granting him grade pay of Rs.3000/- w.e.f 01.11.2006, in view of letter dated .6.12.2021 (Annexure P-3). 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, on account of the fact that the entire amount stands received by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above factual position.
