(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.59 dated 23.08.2017 under Sections 326/323/324/34 IPC at Police Station Tibber, Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 01, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 01, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
