(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition to pursue his SA which is pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh. He, however, prays that since the matter has not been ultimately settled and in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, an amount of `7,00,000/- stands deposited with the respondent-Bank, the Bank may be directed to refund the said amount.

In the light of the above, the present writ petition as well as all pending miscellaneous applications are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
