The petitioner herein prays for a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide the review petition dated 17.04.2023 (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioner against order of punishment, whereby the petitioner No.1 was saddled with the penalty of recovery of an amount of Rs.1,84,973.50 and petitioner No.2 for an amount of Rs.92,486.75. 2.

Mr. Amanpreet Singh, appeared on advance notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the review petition pending consideration shall be finally decided within a period of four months. 3.
