(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.173 dated 26.07.2018 registered under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sadar Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana. On instructions from ASI Mashinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 26.02.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
