**** RAJAN GUPTA, J. (Oral) Petitioner filed a writ of Certiorari for quashing of notification dated 07th December, 2018 (Annexure P-1), whereby, Sarpanch was appointed. His main plea is that the post ought not to have been reserved for SC category. Mr. Doabia, learned State counsel submits that the reservation was made as per the roster and the 2011 census. According to him, elections have already been held and office bearers are performing their duties. Grievance of the petitioner, if any, shall be looked into in case a detailed representation is received from the residents of the village.
