The committee shall also thoroughly scrutinize all relevant records and documents pertaining to the rice mills. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the passing of the aforesaid order dated 08.04.2026 by the Managing Director, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation, a physical verification of the stock of paddy/CMR lying in the mills has been carried out and, according to the petitioners, no shortage has been found therein. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedies in terms of Clause 25 of the Agreement executed between the parties and also to approach the Managing Director, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation, for seeking recall of letter dated 02.04.2026 (Annexure P-9). 5.
