(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.1127 dated 12.11.2017 under Sections 147, 149, 186, 332, 342, 353, 379-B IPC at Police Station Sadar, Hisar. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 07, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 07, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
