The cost of Rs.10,000/- is also stated to have been deposited with the District Legal Services Authority, Barnala. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 1.12.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
