(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.360 dated 22.09.2018 registered under Sections 8, 13(3) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal.

As per prosecution story, on secret information, 10-12 kgs beef was recovered from the house owned by the petitoiner. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jogair Khan, submits that petitioner is a habitual offender and has been booked in four more cases, out of which three are of similar nature and fourth under Section 391 IPC. In one of the cases, petitioner, after arrest has been absconding. Therefore, he has been declared proclaimed offender also.
