(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that charges have been framed on 17.11.2021.

Since, this petition is filed for transfer of investigation of FIR No. 441 dated 16.07.2021 under Sections 323, 308, 365, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat to some independent agency, as such, the prayer has been rendered infructuous.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some persons were intentionally not arraigned as accused. Be that as it may, it shall be open for the petitioner to file an appropriate application under Section 319 Cr.P.C for arraigning such persons as accused in accordance with law, as such application shall be decided on its own merits without any bias.
