******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to move application before District Judge, Amritsar to entrust the civil suit as well as rent petition to one Court for decision.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, it is made clear that granting of liberty does not mean that request of petitioner has been acceded and it will be examined on merits by learned District Judge, Amritsar, if any such application is filed.
