At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the third respondent/Director, Elementary Education, within three weeks claiming the relief as has been claimed in this petition, with a direction to decide the same within a specified period. 2.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that in case any such representation is made by the petitioner within three weeks, the same will be duly considered and decided by the third respondent/Director, Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from receiving such representation.

Prayer is granted and the petition is disposed of in view of the statement made.
