BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.136 dated 24.10.2024, under Section(s) 109, 3(5), 132, 324(4), 221 and 111(2)(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Corresponding Sections 307, 34, 353, 427, 186 of the IPC), and Sections 25, 27 and 28 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar.

After arguing the matter at some length, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
