(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate direction to the official respondents to transfer the investigation of the FIR No. 564 dated 2.10.2016 under Section 323, 302, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sohana, District Gurgaon to some independent agency.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sheesh Ram, submits that in the aforesaid FIR, the respondents-accused have been tried by the trial Court and have been acquitted vide judgment dated 02.8.2017.
