)) + &   This is first petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.128 dated 26.06.2020, under Sections 15 and 25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda.

  Learned counsel for petitioner has pointed out that petitioner has already been arrested in the present case. In view of above, the present petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
