(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.46 dated 22.10.2002 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 343, 330 and 211 IPC at Police Station City Kapurthala, District Kapurthala, on the basis of compromise. Pursuant to the order dated 30.11.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 07.12.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kapurthala, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.3816 dated 11.12.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Kapurthala vide Endst. No.2019 dated 12.12.2017. According to the report, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is voluntary and without any pressure.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
