Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.53 dated 15.08.2016, registered under Sections 420, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sarhali, District Tarn Taran.
According to the prosecution, petitioner and her husbandPippal Singh cheated more than 30,000 people for Rs.5000 Crore (approx.) on the pretext of doubling their amount in a shorter period i.e. in between 3 to 5 years. The petitioner has also been declared proclaimed offender by the Court.

In view of the facts and circumstances and considering the seriousness of allegations that the petitioner and her husband are big fraudsters, she does not deserve any concession of bail. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
