Learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 6 submits that respondents No.4 to 6 have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners. However, they have disowned petitioner No.1 but they will neither cause any interference in her matrimonial life nor will cause any harm to the petitioners.
In view of above circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
