The issue of solid waste mismanagement leading to environmental damage is being alleged in the present petition, which has been filed as a Public Interest Litigation.

Since the issue raised herein substantially relates to environment, for which a specialized Tribunal has been constituted under the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010, the petitioner is free to approach the National Green Tribunal.

With aforesaid liberty, petition stands disposed of. 4.

Liberty is extended in respect of all other causes which have been raised in this petition, except environmental issues, to the petitioner by revisiting this Court.
