Alleged recovery from the petitioner is of 150 grams of intoxicating powder. He was enlarged on bail and when the case was fixed for framing of charge on 31.10.2015, he absented himself although an application for exemption was filed on the ground that Chacha of his wife had died. Neither the accused nor his counsel put in appearance and consequently, his bail bonds were cancelled and nonbailable warrants issued vide order dated 31.10.2015. After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
