******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned APP, UT Chandigarh submits that the prosecution has examined all except five witnesses and attempts are being made to conclude the evidence in short period In view of submission of learned APP, UT, Chandigarh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with submission that trial Court may be directed to expedite disposal of the case and conclude the prosecution evidence at the earliest within a period of three months Dismissed as withdrawn.

Trial Court is directed to expedite disposal of the case and conclude the evidence at the earliest preferably within a period of three months provided the defence counsel cooperates in cross-examining the witnesses.
