Complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 03.02.2022, while deciding the Civil Writ Petition No. 27009 of 2021, the petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

The operative part of the order dated 03.02.2022 is extracted as under:- "Upon hearing learned counsel for both the sides and on perusal of the records, the present petition stands disposed off with the directions to the official respondents to consider the representation dated 01.10.2021 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law, by DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.07.11 10:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document passing a speaking order preferably within a period of one

C.O.C.P. No. 1177 of 2022 month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If found entitled and if there is no impediment for the relief, the same be granted to the petitioner without any delay, as per law".

Mr. Nikhil Chopra, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, who entered into appearance on behalf of the respondents pursuant to supply of an advance copy of the petition, has informed the Court that the necessary order, as directed by the Court, has already been passed on 22.04.2022. 4.
