Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition for quashing of complaint No.557 of 2009 under Sections 406/498A/504/506/ 120B/34 IPC titled 'Nirmala @ Nisha v. Kashmir Singh and another', has been rendered infructuous as the petitioners have been acquitted by the learned trial court on 19.09.2014. Photocopy of the said judgment is produced in Court today. The same is taken on record subject to just exceptions. Dismissed as withdrawn.
