**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 380 dated 29.10.2017 registered at Police Station Sector-36, Chandigarh under Sections 363, 366, 376, 120-B, 506 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act. Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2017. He further states that co-accused Shanker has been allowed bail. The counsel also submits that allegations against that petitioner are that he had enticed the minor girl and all the witnesses have been examined and now an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. has been moved.
There are no allegations of rape against the petitioner. The trial will take time.
