Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that respondents have reconciled from the settlement and are not adhering to the same and are threatening his labour and work is suffer and on that account, approached the SHO, Police Station, Beas vide representation dated 16.04.2024 (Annexure P-7) which is on record along with postal receipts but the said police officer has not taken any action whatsoever despite there was a specific direction in the order passed by this Court on 05.01.2024 that in case the settlement arrived at is not worked out, Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar shall decide the same in accordance with law. 4.
