Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 04.05.2020 (Annexure P-11) whereby the services of the petitioner as a Driver, on probation, were terminated.

Mr. Vivek Singla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions from the Chief Administrative Officer, IIM, Rohtak, has stated that the said termination order was inadvertently issued to the petitioner and the same has since been withdrawn.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous since as per the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 the impugned termination order challenged in the present writ petition stands withdrawn.
