This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for seeking interim regular bail to the petitioner (for one week to make arrangement and attend the marriage of his younger brother to perform the necessary rituals and customs), in case FIR No.130 dated 12.7.2012 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 307, 452, 34, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Pataudi, Gurgaon. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that father of the petitioner is already dead and the marriage of his younger brother Ravi Kumar has been fixed on 22.2.2015 with K.M. Hemlata daughter of Shri Chanderpal, resident of Village Dayantpur, Jhawar (U.P.) and marriage card has been annexed.

A perusal of the record shows that the petitioner is in custody in this case, which is a double murder case and one person has also received HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2015.02.21 14:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offences and the fact that the presence of petitioner, in no way, can be held as necessary at the marriage of his brother and in view of the fact that there is every possibility that if interim bail is granted, he may abscond, therefore, I do not find any ground to grant interim bail to the petitioner and this petition is dismissed.
