[2] The petitioners have approached this Court seeking protection of their life and liberty, pleading that petitioner Nos.1 and 2 have performed marriage against the wishes of parents and family members of petitioner No.1 and there is threat to their life and liberty. [3] Notice of motion.

[4] Mr. Anil Kumar Lamdharia, Addl. PP accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.
