Reply by way of an affidavit of Beant Juneja, Inspector/Incharge, Economic Offences Wing, Ludhiana filed in the Court is taken on record.

As per the reply, the Beant Juneja, Inspector has been assigned the investigation of the case in place of the earlier Investigating Officer ASI Avtar Singh.
