(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.411 dated 20.09.2018, under Sections 323, 354, 354-A, 354-B, 452, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station K.U.K. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case and on the direction of this Court, have joined the investigation. It is also contended that nothing is to be recovered from them.
Per contra, learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that petitioners have joined the investigation SATYAWAN 2018.12.05 12:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
