(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made for grant of prearrest bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 53 dated 24.06.2014 for offences under Sections 323, 324, 326, 307, 341, 506, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) registered at Police Station Dugri, District Ludhiana City.

Report from the trial Court has been received and as per report the petitioner sought exemption for one date from the trial Court and once before the commitment of the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes not to apply for exemption during course of the trial in future. It is also submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and furnished bail bonds in deference to the order dated 23.03.2015.

In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed and the interim bail granted vide order dated 23.03.2015 is made JITENDER KUMAR 2015.05.08 16:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
