**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.

Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.87 dated 30.03.2013 under Sections 302, 201, 120-B, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Narwana, District Jind. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that the petitioner is named in the FIR. He is stated to be a hardcore criminal and gangster. It is also stated t hat about 20 cases are pending against the present petitioner. It is a murder case and the allegations are that petitioner along with his associate got killed one Pardeep. The petitioner is one of the main accused. CRM No.M-46542 of 2016 -2Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offence, I do not find it a fit case where petitioner is entitled to benefit of regular bail. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.

However, as the petitioner is stated to have been in custody since 22.04.2013, therefore, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial by giving short adjournments and if required, even day to day adjournments. The Investigating Officer/SHO concerned is directed to produce the witnesses before the trial Court at the earliest.
