(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 437 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.223 dated 30.07.2019 registered under Section 346 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 302, 201 and 120-B, IPC read with Section 34 IPC have been added subsequently) at Police Station Kheripul, District Faridabad.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition, at this stage.
