**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to declare the result of written examination and to complete the selection process in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits against advertisement No.6/2017 dated 30.05.2017, the petitioner had applied for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (Home Science) Category No.1 and that till date, the result has not been declared, though the examination was conducted in time.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner has served a legal notice dated 17.01.2023 (Annexure P-10), but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said legal notice in a time bound manner. On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed.
