By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to official respondents to register a case against private respondents in view of the representation submitted by the petitioner.

Upon advance notice, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G. Punjab on instructions from ASI Sohan Singh, P.S. City Morinda, submits that FIR No.30 dated 08.05.2023 under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC already stands registered against private respondents based on representation submitted by petitioner.
