Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.140 dated 21.06.2020 under sections 13(2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, registered at Police Station Nagina,District Nuh.
Learned counsel contends that it is a case of false implication. No recovery was effected from the petitioner and he was identified by the Secret Informer. She has thus prayed for the grant of anticipatory bail by contending that the petitioner is not involved in any other case of similar nature.

CRM-M-22895-2020 [ 2 ] contending that the petitioner was not only named in the secret information but he is a habitual offender as he is involved in two cases of similar nature i.e. FIR No. 99, dated 01.06.2016, under Sections 5/13 (2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 and FIR No. 237, dated 13.10.2017, under Section 5/15(2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, registered at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh.
In the circumstances, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
Petition is dismissed.
