- ./0 The present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of FIR No. 112 dated 13.10.2025 registered under Sections 333, 115(2), 324(4), 191(3), 190 of BNS at Police Station Purana Shalla, District Gurdaspur and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise deed dated 08.03.2026 (Annexure P-2).

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners contends on account of the personal circumstances of the individual petitioners, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage to refile a fresh petition for seeking quashing of the FIR at a latter stage. Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when advised.
