(Oral) Pursuant to directions issued on 10.2.2022, an affidavit of Shri Bharat Bhushan, Senior Scientific Officer, Forensic Science Laboratory, Haryana has been filed wherein it has been deposed that the recovered contraband has been identified as 'charas' on the basis of its chemical examination, though the same in local language is known as 'sulfa'. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh after statements of some PWs are recorded.
