(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to apprise the Investigating Officer about all the issues involved in the case and also to furnish documents in support of this case so that the matter is fairly investigated.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It shall be open to the petitioners to furnish requisite account statements/other documents to the Investigating Officer so as to enable the Investigating Officer to have a complete picture of the issue in hand.
