(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the fact that FIR No.0145 dated 17.5.2020 at Police Station Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani under Sections 147, 149, 302, 323, 328, 452 and 506 of Indian Penal Code was lodged about three months back but neither any accused has been arrested so far nor any investigation has been conducted in the matter. It has further been submitted that although the petitioner submitted representation dated 10.6.2020 (Annexure P-3) to Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani, Haryana but to no avail.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani, District Bhiwani, PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.08.14 13:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
