**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 111 dated 23.2.2018 registered at Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal under Sections 363, 366-A, 367, 216, 120-B IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act. Counsel for the petitioner placed on record the birth certificate. The counsel submits that the girl was major and her date of birth is 4.2.2000 and she had made the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and had given the petitioner a clean chit. The counsel further submits that the case is fixed for prosecution evidence.
State counsel informs that six witnesses out of 32 have been examined and the victim has not been examined yet. The petitioner is in custody since 2.3.2018. The trial will take time.
