***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to state anything about the arrival of the compromise between the parties. However, counsel for the respondent has already placed on record the copy of the Panchayati agreement, having reached between the parties as Annxure R-1, to which petitioner No.1 as well as respondent, Jassa Singh Sandhu, are signatories. In the light of the arrival of the compromise, the revision petition, as such, is hereby dismissed, as having become infructuous, with the clause of revival, on the part of the petitioner, if the aforesaid fact of compromise being controverted.
