GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has informed that trial is at fag end as only two official witnesses remain to be examined who are likely to be examined on 19.12.2019.
Faced with the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted with withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh one in case there is an inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.
