**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) The short grouse raised in the present petition is that in terms of the supplementary award dated 10.09.2021 (Annexure P-2), the petitioner-landowner has not been released the amount of compensation against super-structure existing over the acquired land. [2] Upon advance notice, Ms. Komal Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, appears on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 4, whereas Mr. Jagdish Manchanda, Senior Advocate, assisted by Mr. Nischal Chetanya Manchanda, Advocate, appears on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 & 3-HSIIDC. [3] Learned Senior Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3-HSIIDC, on instructions, informs that since the petitioner is still occupying a portion of the acquired property, as such, the amount of compensation could not be released to him under the supplementary award. [5] Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the actual physical vacant possession of the entire acquired property shall be handed over to the official(s) of respondent No. 3 on 20.04.2026 by 11.00 a.m. positively.

C.W.P. No. 11372 of 2026 (O&M) [2] [6] In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for petitioner, respondent No. 3 (Managing Director, Industries Department and HSIIDC, Panchkula) is directed to ensure the release of benefits under the supplementary award, as admissible to the petitioner, within a period of fifteen days from the date of delivery of actual physical vacant possession of the acquired land.

[7] Disposed of accordingly.

[8] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
