(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of the private respondents No.4 to 11 and to take appropriate action against respondents No.4 to 11 for causing injuries to the petitioner and her family members.

It is stated in the petition that on 17.4.2019, when the petitioner was present in the home, along with her husband and relatives, Hem Raj, uncle of the husband entered into the house and started abusing the complainant and her family members. Thereafter, the other persons also entered house by shouting that they should be taught a lesson and in that process, respondents No.4 to 11 caused injuries to them. CRM-M-22395-2019 -2It is also stated that on perusal of the MLR all these injuries were found to be simple and blunt and, therefore, no congnizable offence was made out and DDR No.3 dated 19.4.2019 was entered at Police Station, Kiratpur Sahib. It is further stated that since there is an apprehension of breach of peace between the parties, proceedings under Sections 107/151 Cr.P.C. were initiated against respondents No.4, 6 to 8 and was sent to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sri Anandpur Sahib.
