The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to allow inter-utility transfer of the petitioners from UHBVNL (Respondent No.2) to DHBVNL (Respondent No.3) in view of the precedents set by this PARUL VERMA 2026.05.20 12:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

    Court in CWP-25668 of 2017 (Kashmeer Singh), LPA No.58 of 2021, CWP No.2311 of 2025 (Vinod Kumar) and the past practice of granting interutility transfers to identically circumstanced employees. 2.

Before the commencement of arguments, learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that a similar issue has already been decided by this Court in CWP-24097-2025, Jaswinder Singh and Others V/S State Of Haryana and Others, decided on 08.04.2026, and that the present petition may also be disposed of in terms of the said judgment. 3.

In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, as well as the fact that the respondent-Corporation has formulated a policy with regard to inter-utility transfer, the present petition is disposed of in terms of Jaswinder Singh (supra).

The respondents are directed to release the admissible benefits to the petitioners in terms of Jaswinder Singh (supra). 5.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand(s) disposed of.
